The mini-series White Lotus takes place over the course of one week at a Hawaiian resort where families, honeymooners, singles and adventurers vacation under the palm trees. As the days go by, the relationships between guests and staff become more complicated and tense, and the clouds gather over the idyllic beaches. A wonderful social satire and an illustration of the fact that “not all vacations are created equal.”
